What project methodology do you use?

We apply agile and lean practices in all projects, using Scrum or kanban methodologies according to client requirements.

How can I contract a specific service?

1. Contact us and explain your needs. We can sign an NDA, if necessary, within 24h
2. Discuss and finetune service details. We’ll send you a formal quote stating scope and budget
3. Approve project. Service will start within 1 week (on average 2-3 business days)
4. The first month will be payed in advance. Service will then be invoiced on a monthly basis

Where are teams located?

Our headquarters are located in Lisbon, Portugal.
Development and QA teams are located both in Portugal and Ukraine, allowing us to adjust allocations according to project expertise and customer timezone.

Can you also provide services at my location?

 

Sure. Prices specified are based upon current team location, but we can setup a custom budget.

 

What will be the language used in the project?

 

All our teams are fluent in English. Proficiency in a specific language can be provisioned upon request.

 

Must I develop all user interfaces in English?

 

Not at all. All our software is multi-language, as a corporate principle and customers can easily adjust translations as they prefer.

 

How can I make sure my project is progressing?

 

1. Your Project Manager is available for clarifications

2. New features are presented to you each 2/3 days

3. Daily 15-minute skype conf-call is mandatory

4. Daily email with project focus, issues and KPIs

5. Unrestricted access to project management tool
